| We both took a nap at the hospital, because the contractions started at home at about 1am and we didn't go to the hospital until it was 5:30am. This is Jay after waking up from his nap. |

| We took the laptop and I skyped with my parents while I was in labor. It was awesome to feel their support and love even though they are in Portugal. My parents saw Lucas come into the world even though they weren't there in person. |

Congratulations Sofia! I can't believe that you were able to lay there and skype with you parents while in Labour! Did you have an epidural? Your little Lucas is adorable, and you have a beautiful family. Well done! :)
