My Story

I want to enjoy good health and to feel true happiness and peace in my life. And I want to help bring the same to others’ lives.

Doterra is a company with a mission I support.

I am a DoTerra IPC (Independent Product Consultant).

As a DoTerra IPC I share natural alternatives to medicine such as essential oils, supplements, and lifestyle changes.

DoTerra IPCs also teach, encourage, and empower others to build a network of direct sales to create passive and leveraged income to help improve quality of life, gain financial freedom, and spend more quality time with loved ones.

I have been on a health quest for most of my grownup life. I love reading books, articles, anything about self development, about how your thoughts can affect your physical body, about nutrition, gardening, different types of exercise, meditation, spirituality... you name it.

And now I have found a product - made by nature - that is helping me. That product is DoTerra's Essential Oils. And I am super excited to share my experiences, my findings, my successes and my hardships with you! 

A little more about me:

• I am was born and raised in Portugal, I am therefore 100% Portuguese : )
• I came to the States because I wanted to study abroad and I wanted to learn and experience a new different culture. My family was unable to support me financially so, to pay for living costs and tuition I studied hard and got scholarships, and I always worked part-time (one of the many jobs I had entailed cleaning bathrooms at 4:30am)
• I have done humanitarian aid in countries such as El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mozambique; and I served a mission for the LDS Church in Greece and Cyprus
• I have a Masters in Public Health and a Bachelor in International Development
• I love how fitness/exercise can help me feel happier (emotional health) and for this reason I became AFFA certified (a fitness instructor) and Zumba certified. I teach Zumba classes and Boot Camp classes, and I love seeing the impact that being physically active has on the lives of those I teach
• I love my husband and my children. My husband is my best friend and 'the man of my dreams'! My family is the greatest blessing in my life.
• I belive in God, and I know that He listens when we pray.  

So, I'm learning... and I'm loving it...I believe that because this is my life, it's my health and it's my choice. And using Essential Oils empowers me to be a 'physician' in my own home.
